  Best grocery store on Marco Island, and it even has a boat dock! Much better value than Publix, especially if you use the free Rewards Card. Lots of bogo deals and you don't have to buy two to get the discount. Clean, well stocked, not as easy to find help as Publix, but not hard to find what you need.
  
  The boat dock is off Smokehouse Bay just south of the bridge over Collier Blvd. Pull up and get ice, beer, subs, whatever you need. (No bait or tackle though.)

  Nice and big, clean.... Very friendly staff, great location and easily assessable parking lot... Making it easy to get in and out! My only gripe is that they always run out of Bolthouse Carrot juice!!! They really need to order more... It's frustrating because then I have to go to Publix..... They're losing business this way.....

  I really like Winn Dixie most of the time, but today I had to go back because my digital coupons didn't work, and I didn't notice till I got home. This is not the first time this has happened, so I decided to go back to the store. I waited about 10 minutes at customer service, which was fine, it was busy, but what wasn't fine was Heidi behind the customer service desk. She was very abrupt and rude. She did give me my money back right away, but said she would only do it this time, and wouldn't explain why. She said I would have to call the number on the card. Then I asked her to explain the gas rewards points, and when they expire. She said I didn't have any, so it didn't matter. I knew I didn't have and because they all expired, and I wanted to know how they worked. Now there was only 1 person in line behind me, and I had already waited 10 minutes to get this answer, so it wasn't like I was making a lot of other people wait, she told me she didn't know how the points worked. I asked her is I could talk to someone who knew. She didn't want to do that, then she gave me a brief explanation, not very good, and so rude, I just decided to leave. If people like Heidi don't have any people skills, they should not be working at the customer service desk. Most of the employees there are so helpful, I was really surprised at the rude treatment.
